I orderded ugg boots on the 19th nov to be told my payment hadn't gone through, so i re ordered using a pre paid credit card, payment went through, the original order went through on 25th nov even when i told them to cancel it, so now have 2 pairs being shipped, i am still waiting, i keep checking tracking but they have not moved since the 13/12/09 . i have emailed lots of times and am being ignored. a friend of mine ordered them and has recieved them. Not happy at all . all i want is my ugg boots.
