Further to my complaint they just e mailed me stateing that the bill is correct and they stated that i paid an extra $40.00 for shipping this is a lie as i should have had free shipping also they have taken an extra £10 out of my account i really trusted these at cheap ugg uk .com instead of paying £94.76 in full they have charged me £147.16p they ripped me off by£52.40p and the worst thing is they only reply to one email and resend the same email to me on each one
i clicked on to this site because there was no complaints regarding this company on this site so i then sow it was free shipping delivery and i could get a exttra discount if i purchased another pair uggs so i did but it never gave me the extra discount i coulnt do nothing as it accepted my card details so i was put in a catch 22
then at the end of this transaction it stated please click to confirm purchase
and it said clearly tottal £94.76p confirm
i confirmed this and that was that i got a e mail from amy said this is your tracking number
i went to my local branch and got a cash machine statement and realised that they had taken £147.16p
they tried to justify there actions that my bill is $94.76 for 2 pairs of ugg boots and $40 shipping this works out at $134.76 BUT even then they have taken £10 extra all i can say these people are theifs i should have never trusted them at all
ive had some honest hard working people in england give me answers and stated that theyve charged me in dollers so the amount they have taken should have been alot lesser as the pound is worth more than the dolller
at this time £1.00p is $1.51 to every $1 this cheap ugg uk company is apart of a ring and this is there list
