Fraudial activity carried out by the staff and don't refund money on visa rejection

I m dileep kollati and i have applied to FMBS this year, unfortunately my VISA got rejected, i went to the college several times for my refund and call 100 of times, But got no response whatsoever from the college for my refund my agent said he is still tryin for my refund but college is not responding, i went to the college asking for my refund where their employee Mr hassan asked me for 300 pounds in order to get my refund fast, now i came back to india its been 9 months but still no responce in order to refund my money, they are cheaters, dont go their plz
