Bad service, bad dealing with complaints

My mother brought a vauhall corsa 4 years ago from the above garage, she has brought cars from them before. On several occasions they have rung her to ask if she wants to change it she has told them no. This they have done as they know she looks after the cars has them regulary serviced and so they would be a good selling bet for them, also as they are no where near the average miles for cars having just done 16000 or just over. Two years ago she had a new clutch put in, then two weeks ago the clutch went again, after the garage had fixed the clutch and brought the car back she went out to go shopping and low and behold the gears would not engage, the car had to go back, my mum had said she did not think 2 years was fair wear and tear for a clutch, but they say it was broken in three parts and the fault is hers, this we do not agree with, as if its was a new clutch put in then it must have been faulty or they did not do a good job the first time round. Also why did have to go back after they had had it for over a week and they had put a new clutch in and again it was faulty, so either the mechanics are at fault or the parts but either way we do not feel it right that our mum pays over £500 for a clutch that is less than 2 years old. For a car to have 2 clutches in less than 4years is bad, so either the car or the clutches are at fault. So we would like you to do something about it please. My mum asked for the old clutch back and is going to get it looked at by an independent person, so we hope you will help her in this matter. I am sure if it was your mum you would feel the same as we do, and you would not want to see her being ripped off. I look forward to your reply asap. Also having the car for two weeks is a bit excessive just to sort out a problem with the clutch dont you agree?? Also they did not ring her to let her know how things were going each time she had to ring them, i feel that because shes a lady on her own they are taking advantage, and that is not right is it???
