I received an email on July 19th for a confirmation on some account. I did not order anything from this company. I immediately replied to the email to cancel whatever it is they were going to charge me for. They did not respond to my email but kept trying to get a confirmation. I have replied three times to cancel and today they withdrew 19.95 from my account without my authorization. I have explained to them apparently someone has gained my personal info, now I believe it was them all along. The person on the last email identified himself as Martin Bradford. I can't find a phone number any where. How can I file charges for theft/fraud?
