The manager refused to serve the people in our our party because they cheered when the bar staff dropped a glass. They changed their minds on the reasons they would not serve some of the people in the party, and this is following a weeks notice and agreement on the phone to inform the manager when and why we were attending!! The manager was very rude and had a very bad attitude, as did the branch manager when a letter of complaint was delivered to him.
