Unauthorised deductions from bank account

I bought a train ticket on line. I was offered a £10 discount, and had to give my bank details to receive the payment which i duly did. Since then the company has deducted £10 pr month from my account, which I did not authorise, This is a scam. British rail should be made aware of this.
