We purchased a zafira for our growing family back in may. we were told the paper work would take a couple of hours. 6 hours later they completed the paper work. out side in the car park whilst doing the exchanging of keys etc and i was fitting the car seat for my baby we found that one of the buttons to move the seats was missing. the dealer promptly told us to phone technicle services to make an appointment to get the button fixed. we did this the following day and were given an appoitment which we attended and was told we would recieve the part in the post as we dont live close this would take about two weeks to arrive its now mid october and after various calls and letters we still have no button on the seat which makes getting children in and out very difficult.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING CHEATED.
