Shouldldn be called servis becuase there is no service

I bought a servis washing machine, installed it and tried to do a test wash, the machine did not work, contacted servis who sent a engeneer out, he told me it needs a new mudule which im still waiting for after 3 weeks, havnt even done one wash, everytime i ring it takes 20-30 minutes before they answer, im trying to explain to them iv paid for a working washer not a fualty one but it seems the aftersales people dont seem to understand or care, they dont listen to what you say and are rude. this is not my first servis machine but definatly my last
