I put request on first choice, for kia sportaj engine, then a monkey from Part plaza call me his name was Osman, then he said the engine is fully reckon engine with 6month warranty. When i paid then they deliver it to me after 3days, when i fit the engine in car i notice that there is something wrong with engine. So because the engine did not start and we call them to see what is this, they said remove the engine and send it back to us, i said ok, before i send it back, please give me the engine number that u sent me, but they said - no u have to sent it first, then they will give us the number. I knew it is their dirty game, because they want to say this is not our engine, so i did try to see what is the problem of the engine. We remove the head we notice that head gasket was gone and 8 inlet valve were bend in fact the engine was use and scrap removed from scrap car, when i said to u have to sort out my problem or i will inform the trading standard, but they said - do not care and they are used to deal with trading standard. So i was let in with a scrap engine and so i did spent another 250 to sort out the head and gasket then i sort of the problem, but this company did not even give us a shit as warranty or lost, so i really advice all the customer do not try these idiots at all otherwise u are going to be in big mess.
