Driver of PF64 VMA white refrigeration van was driving with out due care and attention... pulled out in front of me causing me to swerve and brake hard. When I used my horn he made an obscene gesture with his finger. He then almost knocked a cyclist over by overtaking on a corner. I reported the driver to the police!
