Hello my name is Danny i am a customer of D.N.A. i have a motor trade policy with the company, i have had the policy for 8 months and decided that i can employ someone so when i found someone to work with me i thought i should add him onto my insurance policy so i rang and spoke to someone called Darren I don't remember his surname, so i gave Darren details of the second driver and this guy was so rude he started to ask questions like (do you pay tax for this person, and how is he going to travel 60miles to come to work, and many more un-relevant questions) i said to him this is none of your business even tho you do not have to pay any tax for the first year of trading. so anyway Darren went to get me the quote and put me on hold and i waited for this quote for at least 27 minutes eventually i had to hang up and rang them again. they finally got me a quote but was really put off the company altogether. I think the level of of customer service is absolutely poor and the workers need more training.
