After completing cruse I flown back to uk on flight IB 3180 on 16/3/10 checked in luggage at Santiago Airport & via Madrid. Madrid to London transit Flight no IB 3162 17/3/10 .did not pick it up until arriving back to Heathroe airport on claiming luggage I found that my suitcase is damaged trolley pull has been broken off making suitcase unusable I like to report it to you and like to make a claim.
