I have as many others discovered that this company have been deducting payments from my account. I have never knowingly authorised this & am disgusted. In my opinion this is total fraud. I have contacted [email protected] but received no reply. I today phoned the company & further payments have been stopped however I was refused a refund. The male was polite but unhelpful. I am extremely angry that you did not take a complaint from me. I demand a refund as have all other previous complainants.
