The front brakes on my car were whistling when braking and I booked a free brake inspection with Kwik Fit, who after several hours checked the brakes and advised that I must have them replaced and gave me a quote for £175. I said the price was too high and asked for the brakes to be put back on. When driving out I noticed a grinding noise, the next garage said one of the brake pads was missing and the brakes or disks did not replacing.By then I had already purchased the brakes and discs. The service is very poor!
