Hi i would unfortunately like to make a complaint about the driver whom was driving from kilkeel to newcastle this afternoon, bus number 37. I was standing at the bloody bridge bus stop at half past five, quite clearly with my arm out to stop the bus and the driver chose not to stop! He very obviously looked right at me therefore i know this was done purposely! This is not the first time this particular driver has done this which is unacceptable, especially in the middle of a pandemic! I am a careworker and was coming from and going to another call this afternoon which i was then late for, due to this driver deliberately choosing to ignore me! I have already spoken to the driver after the first incident in my uniform, and asked him why he did not stop. He basically blamed me for him not stopping which is utterly ridiculous, so he obviously recognised me in my uniform and chose not to stop for me a second time! I am extremely upset and frustrated, as i am working with vunerable people whom need my help.
I waited on that particular bus for forty minutes beforehand also. Thankyou for tour help in this matter.
