I am very upset about the bus service. I reside in Southall and I usually have to take bus to Southall station, however most of the time the bus driver dont stop the bus on Sussex road stop even if you request them to stop. It happens quiet often now because of which I have faced difficulties. I have a recent example I was waiting on the Sussex road bus stop southall, on 5th June, bus no H32 approached on the stop at around 13 hrs, I requested him to stop but he just ignored and left the stop without stopping leaving behind 5 passengers who wanted to get in the bus. I was with my sister who was sick so I was in hurry to take her to the doctor at Southall Broadway, just because the bus driver didn't bother to stop we could not reach on time to the doctor and missed my appointment, the doctor left for home. My sister was suffering with hayfewer through out the day.
The bus driver was an asian man. I dont know if anybody will take any serious action against this, but I am really unhappy with the service i am receiving.
At least they should think once that it is there job to pick passengers from the stop. I have missed my train because of this.
After paying correct fare should I get this type of service in return? Just think about it once if you miss one train because of this bus driver, how your day at work place going to be...?
I just hope I want face this problem in future...?
