i am an instore working in dominos pizza newmarket.. im being harrased and bullyed at work.. sick and tired of it!!

ever since my store got sold to a different franchise my store has gone down hill.. the new managers are so rude.. they dont know anything about hyjene.. how many of you know that after touching chicken and jalepenos you cant touch other toppins. e.g: green peppers.. onion.. sweetcorn because it contamunates it and its bacteria spread.. they keep doing it and 1 night i kept on telling the managers that they cant do that.. 1 of the managers pushed me and got right into my face .. was shouting at me.. last night i got sent home from work because appreantly i put too many peppers on a pizza??? now im not being big headed but i know how to do my job and they cant talk because they had 2 read a book to know how to top a pizza when they are the mangers and they ment 2 be our big bosses?? how are we ment to look up to them when they dont know how to do there job? and they come from the customer area touchin money and come strait over to handle food.. now thats bad.. but whats even more worse is the over night me and carl (another instore) was on cut table and we found a hair in the pizza.. the boss came over becuase we shouted re-make.. he simply jus took it out and carried on sending it out.. so therefore i stood my ground for the customers sake.. i said you cannot send that out but he jus carried on and becuase i questioned him.. he sent me home again!!
today i had rung up ill because about 8months ago i collapsed at work due to stress and over working.. i got rushed to the hospital, my docter had said to me that if my chest plays up i cannot work i have to take the day off. so today i rung up to say i wasnt able to work because my chest was playin up.. the managers said that eveytime i call up sick is because i dont want to work on busy days? ive been working at this store for 2 years and have done loads of overtime to help out so the manager said i cant work untill i have a docters certificate.. and i have to write an apology letter?? i dont see why i have to say sorry.. what have i done? ive been physically abuse (being pushed), mentally abused and bullied and ive had enough what should i do please help x
