Initially created an account with an initial deposit of $25.00CAN. I emailed required identification/proof of ownership for my linked bank account.
They wanted further proof of identification and this time, mail it to their office rather than email it.
Many conversations via email were had, I explained I could not provide the required documents as I am not a homeowner, nor do I pay any bills and to just deposit the $25.00 back into my account.
They said they could not do that until I mailed them a bill with my name and address on it. Once again I explained I do not have any bills in my name. Since then they have not replied to any of my emails nor have they returned my $25.00
