I didn't know companies could be so bad! I ordered a stick of RAM and waited a couple of weeks. I didn't get my RAM or receive any correspondence so phoned to see what was going on. The guy who answered didn't ask for any information - he just thanked me for my order and said it had been posted the day before.
Fast forward a couple of weeks more and I get a credit note with no explanation - I guess that means the order wasn't posted? I guess they're trying to tell me that they are no longer going to fulfill the order I placed with them?
I can't actually answer those questions because I still haven't heard anything from them but I won't be chasing them up as I do not trust this company - be careful with your details if you do choose to deal with Gasteiner; if they aren't actually selling anything then what are they doing with all of the details that buyers provide?
