Myself and my family dined here 4 tea on the 18th of march to which we had a very dissapointing experience. There was not enough staff on the premises to cater for the ammount of customers that was in which lead to long waits at the bar to order drinks and food. The staff were also untrained and didnt no how to deal with customers. After alot of frustration we placed are food order and found a table, shortly afterwards a member of staff came out to tell us they didnt have what we ordered so we placed it again only to be told yet again that was unavailable also, i was very dissapointed at this time and felt like getting my money back and leaving. The place was also not very clean we had to ask for are table cleaned after been seated for 30 minutes as this was not done. very dissapointing.
