I waited a total of 1 hour & 55 minutes for my order to arrive! When I rung them, there was no confirmation that I had called the right telephone number, then there was no apology for the lateness of the order and simply stated it would be about 3-5 minutes longer. It did not turn up! I then called just eat to get involved. Another 28 minutes after making the call to them i had a call he was outside and will deliver. I waited and waited and called him back and the driver delivered it to the wrong house who took it! After my call he went back to collect it and expected me to eat it after having stuffed it into the hands of someone else??? I told the restaurant to give me a refund whilst on the phone to them and they told me the driver will deal with it and he said he couldn't and just walked off! So they took my money and my food!
They have no idea what hygiene is! Absolutely disgusting!
IN THE END, JUST EAT HAD TO REFUND ME!
Extremely bad customer service, extremely bad hygiene and extremely bad delivery times!
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!
