I would like to complain about this restaurant, usually a nice place to spend time with family and have good food.
I arrived there last night to a nice greeting and took us to our table. After about 15 mins! We eventually were asked if we would like a drink. A further 15 mins later still no drinks, I approached one of the staff who had forgotten he had taken our order. After a while we ordered our food which was below the usually high standards from a previous visit. There were 17 of us there and my sister was waiting 15 mins after we had received our food! Also being late there were no apologies or reasoning for the delay. We later ordered some more drinks and had asked for a Diet Coke as my partner is diabetic they turned up with a full fat vodka and Coke! The waiter looked bemused as to what he had done wrong! He kinda shrugged it off and said what's the difference!
It was my dads birthday and had it not been for the company of family and friends would have been a spooky night. Overall the night was poor from Luigis.
