After arriving home on monday 12/03 I noticed that one of my suit case zip puller and combination lock was missing it was the first time we had used it and it was a good quality case. The flight no. was EK0037and our seat numbers were 9a and 9b from Dubai to birmingham UK.The flight was delayed and we wear eagre to get home as we had an 1.5 hr drive which is why we didnt notice it at baggage claim, although i did check it for casing damage and I think you will agree that it will make it very difficult to operate the zip as it did when I opened it
