Today sunday 1st november i went to have a kfc with my children the time we arrived was 4, 15 as the drive thru was very busy we went into kfc to order, there were 4 people in front off us which wasn, t many people came in after us so it was packed, the staff where very slow they then decieded to have a chat and not one person was serving as they where all talking, eight people behind me left after we where waiting half an hour till be served, one woman ask the staff if they could serve and she was told they where busy, well excuse me busy my ass, well yes they where busy hiding in the coner talking, i, m so mad at the lenght off time it took to get a meal it was 5 b4 we got something to eat i must say this level off service is simply not good enough, i think u as a company need to look into this and step ur ideas up and make sure u have the staff that know how to serve and be pleseant to the customers i feel very strong about this i would like an answer back to know what ur going to do about this
