I have recently discovered money being taken out of my account without my permission. I have never heard of the company or used this company. After rooting abouton the internet i found a lot of complaints about this so called loan company. I have sent an email to them demanding the money to be paid back and this is the reply i recieved.

Thanks for your email. I'm having a little trouble finding the payment you say you've made. To help locate it can you email me your Sort Code, Account Number and your 16-digit card number. That way I can track down the payment, and if it has been made, get it refunded to you.

Now why would i want to be giving this company my bank details after already being stung by them.
I have replied and will now be taking this matter much much further. I will not be letting this go.
