27.68 Unauthorized Charge

I have been charged 27.68 by you for a free view which was canceled the same day, i assume somebody didn't cancel my membership request and has left the account open, please close it and refund me, if you want to check the site you'll see i've never signed in other than the free trial day.

I await a response and a refund.
