A young person who is unauthorized to use his parents credit card elected to enter a porn site that was presumebly free{ after review I found that that is what it claimed} but they needed a credit card number to supposedly verify age { LIKE THAT WOULD HELP}.
He got the card from my wallet and used it. apparently the whole scam was bogus as he was unable to enter the free site afterwards. That is when he came to me and confessed {THANK GOD} that he used my card.
After I reviewed the terms {small print} I noticed that they refund money if the card was used by an unauthorized person who is not of age.
Great I thought I can just cancel the membership to the other sites that you apperently have to subscribe to in order to get the free one and get the refund. No problem they had not been entered yet and I was able to get them cancelled. All this took place in about 30 minutes and yet I get a bill three days later from this company that put in writing that they would refund moneys for unauthorized charges.
