Appalling service. Robert Heath has confirmed 5 appointments for heating repairs and not turned up for any, we now have a 6th appointment for a weeks time. We have 2 O.A.P’s and 2 vulnerable people, they have been told this and do not care, every time we call them they just tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone. AVOID THIS COMPANY
