Upon applying for a loan with Wentworth they sent me a latter stating that if i sent them 48.00 they would guarantee to get me a loan within 10 days as the loan had been already approved and was awaiting to be sent to one of there lenders. They cashed my cheque very promptly and basically just passed my details to a number of other brokers who also wanted 48.00 or similar to find me a loan (do I look like a mug...) As on the phone they stated that if within 10 days a loan had not been found i would get my money back i contacted them again and again and despite numerous letters i still have not had my money back... they have said that they have carried out there duty to find me a loan when they have done nothing at all - my advice to anyone if DO NOT USE WENTWORTH DIRECT FINANCE. The service they offer is fraudlent and dishonest and basically they lie to there customers... I now have plans to go to there offices direct and speak to there Directors to get my money back and NOT leave there offices till i get it - DO NOT USE WENTWORTH
