On the 30th of december your company withdrew 69 pounds from my account without autherisation i would like it put back into my account today as i am a single mum of 5 cant afford that sum of money to be withdrawn and left me in severe hardship over the new year iam sure you understand my situation and hope it can be settled today thankyou
