Sent bank draft to pay full amount owing on bill, which i have proof, to be told they only recieved a small amount of bill, spent hours on phone being put through to answer machine after answer machine and finally got speaking to a very rude operator.. who put me on hold... then telling me to ring back, really annoyed at this company.. do not want any more dealings with it. strongly recommend people from getting involved with them full stop.
