Internet Grants
Fradualent Advertise

I read the fine print of this company, calling to cancel I found out that they are outsourced to an overseas customer service that will not tranfer you to the refunds department and only will deal with you through email. I only authorized UDS1.95 to be charged to my account. They billed me for four seperate charges and only allows a partial refund. Also to call to your attention, 30 days had not went by before I was billed that amount. I also called and cancelled as soon as the company was open on a business day, Monday morning. I agreed to this but I wanted there deceptive practices to be known. This is the reply letter that was sent to there department.

Hi Kaila A.C.

Refund Department

When this was ordered, it was done on a Saturday. I do not have constant access to the null. I read the site, it says the form instantly activates your free trial and you will be charged a $1.95 processing fee. You will receive access to our grant package for a full twenty-four hours to evaluate the product. If you're happy, do nothing and you will be charged $57.61 every thirty days for uninterrupted access to the latest content. There are no obligations; you can cancel anytime via our customer support line or online ticketing system. I could not get through Sunday and Monday morning I called to cancel. I was already charged. This fraudulent advertisement. I am requesting my full refund for all charges. I promptly called Monday morning December 7th to see why my account was billed USD57.61. I also was able to see my bank statements yesterday I had 4 charges: USD1.95, USD57.61, USD$1.73, and USD0.06. The two USD1.73 and USD$0.06 was place under another name International Services. I do not like being taken advantaged of. I only authorized $1.95 to be charged to my personal banking account. I have disputed these all of charges with my bank and I will be putting in complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office. I tend to contact DateLine alert them to the fraudulent processes of this company.

I will settle for the USD41.61 and the USD$1.73, and USD0.06 being refunded to my account.

Thank you for your prompt refund and attention to this matter.
