Once again a complaint about this companies practise of taken money from accounts after cancelation. I have never recieved anything from this company in regard to my credit report even so they continued to taken 19.95 per month since I cancelled it in August. I eventually got through on there phone number to be told they had never recieved my cancelation and thus were within there right to continue to fleese me. In november they even took 2 months payment for not being able to take a payment in September (strange that was the month after I cancelled it). But they have said it is now cancelled but as for getting my money back forget it so I am going to the FSA and the office of fair trading followed by financial ombudsman as like quite a few other on here I feel this company is a scam. If anyone else wants to get involved contact me [email protected] and if the company are reading this well be sure it aint going away.
