This hotel's on-line reservation system has serious flaws and is to be avoided at all costs!! On 30th May I made a two-night booking at this hotel from 29th June to 1st July. However, I received a reply on the same day to say that as I had been a no-show the previous day (29th May, the day before my booking and a whole month before the date I specified), my credit card had been charged for the full amount, and my booking cancelled. All my e-mails to the their reservations desk to point out their error have been to date unanswered!
