Cridet card monthly deducting

Dear Sir,

sence three years or more always apeirs some ammount 8.5 GBP is been deducted from my cridet card and the only information i have the following RN REALNETWORKS MUSIC REAL.COM/ISVC . We complained my wife and I about this at RBC bank with our bank advisor and he could not stop stopping the monthly amout deducting so please need your help to stop it
