DO NOT use these people, I thought I had done my homework when Shipping a puppy from UK to USA
I received several quotes but foolishly chose these amateurs. Their "Managing Director" Ian Sealy was rude and obnoxious when I called with some concerns. They did not know the rabies rules and regulations for shipping to Florida, and when I pointed out the facts he told me not to tell him how to do his job. That's not the worst, the breeder delivered the pup to Gatwick Airport at 6.30 am for a 11.30 am flight, it was decided the crate provided was not big enough and a bigger crate was produced, I knew there would be extra charges if this was the case, however, at 11 am the breeder got a phone call from the shipper demanding an extra 250 GBP, a credit card was not good enough, they demanded she make a direct deposit into their bank account, this was 30 minutes before the flight was departing, the pup had been at Gatwick since 6.30 am, luckily she is from a Banking background and was able to make a direct deposit on her phone, I know I wouldn't have known where to start.
Luckily the pup arrived safe and sound but not any thanks to Passport for Pets
