I applied for aloan was approved then reasured no upfront fees but needed bank details to validate account was debited 19.99 when i tried to complain by email theres no such address then suprise i got acall from one of there reps who was so persistant in trying to make me switch energy provider after 10 no thank yous (couldnt get a word in)i complained about there service got put on hold after 10 mins of music got cut off when tried to call back was rejected 3 timeswhat can i do miss j smith email@example.com
