I ordered some diet pills for 5.95 but they never arrived but while i was waiting for them hhs took 51.19 from my account still not realising and still waiting for the pills hhs took yet more money from my account this time 54.90 so this time i did notice and went straight to the halifax bank they put a stop on my account straight away i emailed hhs and asked why they had taken all this money from my account as i have never recieved anything from them they said ohh thats ok we will send your pills to you i said dont bother just put the money all the money back into my account needless to say they havent they keep saying tell us how much who took it and we will send all your details to our accounts dept and get your money back but they keep coming up with new excuses i have done everything they have asked and still no money they have left me in serious dept with the halifax and no one seems to be able to help can you please???
