I ordered the free trail of colon cleanser and paid the postage and package to find that that they took £50 from my bank account as i didnt send back the rest of the colon cleanser. i was unaware that the free trail was only 15 and had to send the unused back. i emailed this company to find that 14 days later they have took a further £53 from my account i have now had to close my bank account down as this i have been told is the only way to stop them taking more money. i have emailed them on a number of occations stating that i do not want any more of their product sent to me, but it seems now they have my account number they will continue to try and take money, but will not have any luck next time as i have closed my account.
is there any way for me to claim back my £103?
