I consulted JUSTANSWER *LAWYERS in October about a Copyright matter in connection with a book I was writing. Their representative answered my question. I was satisfied with the answer. I paid the £4.00 *PROMO fee and an extra £1.00 because I was satisfied with the service. On October 10th £21.00 was taken from my bank account. A further £22.00 was taken on 14th October, followed by another £4.00 on October 18th, £22.00 on November 15th and I have just discovered another £22.00 was taken yesterday. I don't know what can be done about this. I have tried to find out why I am being charged this amount every month but I have not had any replies to my emails. I am now getting in touch with my bank to see if I can stop the payments. I suffer from Multiple Sclerosis which confines me to my home, especially at this time of year. I live on Disability benefits of less than £800 per month. I really cannot afford to lose this money. I think it is disgusting that these people are allowed to get away with this kind of scam and, judging by the number of complaints I've read on here, I'm not the only one.
