Acaiburn dietary supplement
Misleading order details

This turns out to be a scam. We ordered a free trail at no charge, though with exorbitant shippinsgcharges ($24.95). In the following four weeks we found three unexpected charges of $59.95, $9.95 and $6.95 on our credit card. This turns out to be all covered by their "terms and conditions" but was well hidden in smallprint at the time of the order. In fact, the free trial is no such thing - if you do not send the product back with 14 days, they will charge you $59.95 for the "free trial", you find yourself subscribed to further information packages, and - worst of all - you also will have already subscribed for future supplies. Only too late did we read the "terms and conditions" and found many fellow victims on this website.

The order summary showed - under "cancellations" - the three different contracts that we had unknowingly taken out, together with three codes that turn out to be three separate US phone lines each of owhich one has to call to cancel the relevant products and obtain a cancellation code each. We did that and hope we have stopped the supply and future charges.
