I too got got up in this company's deceit. Sent off for a sample giving my debit card details for postage (FOOL that I am!) - The terms and conditions are very cleverly concealed in another part of the website. A month later received a cheap plastic pot of product along with the invoice informing me that £89.90 had been taken from my account, and that I would be sent another pot and charged another £89.90 every three months. To say that I was ANGRY and UPSET would be an understatement. I got in touch with my bank, cancelled my debit card and initiated a chargeback process. You're only supposed to put one reason on the form requesting chargeback but I did put two. First, I did not knowingly agree to th terms and conditions since they were secreted away on the site and secondly, the cheap plastic pot looked nothing like the posh jar they advertise on their website, so the "product was not as advertised". I got my money back, but I don't know which reason applied.
