Haylhen1 - Jun 01 10:36PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM PRO ACTION ACAI AND CLEANSE. i did yesturday and I deeply regret doing it, I was on facebook and an add popped up saying Britney had lost so much weight and been curious I clicked onto it and it took me to the UKS Womans Health Magaziine and a report in which that magazine had issued and that gave me the security to order the product, I thought it must be ok as womans health are advertising it!!! 14 DAY FREE TRIAL AND IT IS A SCAM I ordered both the products paying 2 shipping fees of £2.49 and I thought that was that and I would try the product and then decide after if I would continue, I don't know what made me search the company after I placed the order a little backward I ask myself, I immediatley felt SHOCK HORROR as you are sent a 30 day supply meaning you owe them for the extra tablets and you are signing into a contract with them where they take funds out the account every month at this stage I am like OMG I USED MY DADS CARD, I was told to go to the scam webpage and scroll down and right at the bottom of the page in tiny letters it says TERMS AND THEY ARE NOT SHY ABOUT THEIR TERMS they admit to having you over a barrell and that you are in a contract, apparantly the 14 day trial period starts from the day the order was origionally placed and you just ring the company or email them to cancel MMMM would you trust them, I read alot of scarey reviews where people had cancelled and had huge amounts taken from their accounts all different amounts from £75 to £330, I telephoned my dads bank and reported the card lost as I only gave them the 12 digit long card number, the exp date and the 3 digit from the back of the card, I didnt even give my dads name and address and it should of rang alarm bells when they didnt require it. I rang the bank and reported the card Lost/Stolen, Then I read other peoples reviews saying it did no good they still get to take money as they do it via recurring repayment, I thought that cant be right and have had to wait until this morning to ring HSBC bank back and the friendly guy said REPORTING THE CARD LOST/STOLEN WILL STOP ANYONE TAKING A PAYMENT ON THAT CARD, THE PEOPLE WHO ARE SAYING CANCELLING THE CARD DOES NOT STOP THEM TAKING MONIES MUST NOT HAVE REPORTED THE CARD LOST/STOLEN BUT JUST REQUESTED A NEW ONE WHICH MEANS THAT A NEW CARD WITH THE SAME DETAILS WILL BE ISSUED MEANING THAT PRO ACTION OR WHOEVER CAN TAKE MONIES WHENEVER AS THEY HAVE THOSE DETAILS BUT IF YOU REPORT IT LOST/STOLEN YOU ARE GIVEN A WHOLE NEW BANK CARD. I hope that information is correct as I was up until 3am panicking as my poor dad has been with HSBC/Midland bank for 45 yrs and people were saying they had to close theeir bank accounts as the baks wont get involved as its between you and the company, but thankfully HSBC SAY REPORTING THE CARD ;LOST/STOLEN DOES INDEED WORK.
