I went to Logo Design Team for a logo design and paid money up front as there is no other way to do business with them. How they have their page set up it automatically defaults to a certain service and you have to specifically take that service off or it will be added to whatever you actually choose. Seemed a bit dodgy to me. I ended up adding more services than I needed and when I brought this to their attention they never really responded. When it comes to any issue of money being returned to the client they don't respond. If you want more services, someone will get back to you quickly.
We went through the design process and the first round of designs weren't bad but not what we were looking for. My business partner wanted to go in a different direction so we informed them that we would like our money back as they state in their money back guarantee and we definitely met the requirements. After several emails the issue isn't resolved. They've acknowledged that we want the refund but still haven't done it. They have come back and asked for more business! They go silent when you insist on them holding up their end of the deal. Because they haven't responded well and still haven't given us our money back I would never do business with them again.
