I was fool to believe that is a"free trial" when I give my credit card details and I suppose to pay only for shipping 1.95$ but in fact I was charged with 7.36£.This was happened on 09.11.2009 and I was shoked when I received a second Purelift cream and I understand what is in fact: a scam, I am a victim of a fraud as many other people. I have been charged again 55.50£ twice in december so 110 pounds taken from my account without my autorisation;i've call the bank and cancell my account, returned the product, many emails sent to an email address foun out on dispatch note and they seems to does not take any responsabilities of this, cancellation letter sent to that address from the dispatch note, but I don't know if they receve it or not, tied to call them but just an answerin machine on, so I am very dissapointed, I want my money back.what else I can do? where else can I report this fraud? how about the police? who can help me? we, the victims of this fraudulos company should do something against this fraud. I don't accept anymore and I won't pay any money, I 'll get my money back.
