I had two charges of £75.09 taken from my bank account that i had no idea what they were for until i spoke to my bank who advised me what it was regarding and that i had to cancel with the company but if i had not received any goods within 30 days of the payment leaving my account the bank could request a refund for non receipt of goods.
So i called viv3 ltd on 02031399027
They advised me of my cancellation ref, and that any future payments will not be taken as my account is cancelled and i immediately received two emails confirming this, but they then advised me that the charges totalling £150.18 still stand and will not be refunded. I asked that since I had not received any goods shouldn’t I receive a refund and I was told that the amount taken in is non refundable but that my details would be passed to the billing dept in order for them to make the final judgement.
I have previously called 4326822059342 the customer service number given in the terms and conditions from the website and every time I was told the number was not recognised.
It wasn't until i really started to investigate the distribution company that i found out about the sneaky way that they opperate. As you are bound to the terms and conditions but are not asked to tick a box to show your agreement, your transaction is considered your agreement even though you have not been shown any terms.
Also, whilst i was looking into Viv3 ltd i discovered that they are under investigation for fraud.
I havnt recieved any refund at this stage but i am determined to see this through for as long as it takes.
I hope some of this will be useful to others.
Beth.
