My wife was the victim of a scam by Natureberry by agreeing to pay £3.50 for packaging and posting of a free trial she unwittingly must have agreed to accept a monthly charge of £75.65 unless the original free trial goods were returned within 15 days. Of course the credit bill arrived some six weeks afterwards - too late for us to do anything about it. Credit card company cannot recover the monies! What is the best way to deal with this?
