THIS IS MY FAMILY HOME.we have absolutly nothing to do with trading planet ltd, viv3 labs or what ever they want to call themselves. we have only been alerted to this when a flood of letters and tablets came through the letterbox.believe me this has been reported to the police, trading standards, companies house and who ever else
that will listen. we are in the process of trying to find out who is responsible.
we are as shocked and sickened as the rest of you, who have clearly been ripped off.there is another address in the impressum section at the bottom of the page next to terms and conditions. it is 118 fines park, annfield plain, stanley, co durham dh9 8qz. the company is called lb cassiopeia media ltd this comany is legit and is regestered with company house but what part they play in this we do not know yet.the phone number underneath is also bogus as the country prefix is clearly not english.it is infact the former yugoslavia that no longer exists (it gets better doent it).if any one has any information please pass it on to the likes of TRADING STANDARDS etc as i think this is a very serious matter that concerns my family. if i find anything out i will post it. thankyou.
