Not returning money

I returned an unused product to this company and am still waiting for a refund. I have phoned this company numerous times but unfortunately the money still has not been returned to my bank, even though i have been assured it will be. The shipment of pills was also sent to me after cancellation of this order. They are an absolute joke! This carry on has lasted nearly four months, so please have a good think before ordering from them. You also get charged approximately £8.00 a month for non existent services from two other companies.
